What is Package Protection?By selecting Package Protection your package is covered against loss, damage and/or theft. PW will not be liable for orders where the Protection option is disabled. If you experience any issue with your order, please contact us for a resolution
 
When will my order ship?We typically ship orderswithin 3-45 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) of receipt. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking when it ships. Transit time to your house is not included within this 3-5 day window, you'll need to factor that in based on how long it takes a carrier to deliver from our warehouse in China to your area.
 
How will my order ship?Orders are typically shipped via small packet china mail, depending on where it's going. Our team chooses the most efficient way to get your order to you.

How does Local Pickup work? Contact to pickup in person. Orders are typically available to pick up within 2-4 hours. We advise ordering a day ahead of time. Your order will be in the Local Pickup right by our front door.
 
How do I check the status of my order?When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.
